Sonja Hoel Perkins, Managing Director of The Perkins Fund, has been investing in technology for over 25 years. Considered one of the best performing and most senior professionals in venture capital, she has invested in several startups that have achieved multi billion dollar valuations including: Acme Packet, F5 Networks and McAfee Associates. In 2015, Worth Magazine, Worth Magazine ranked Sonja among the 100 Most Powerful People in Finance in the World. Sonja began her career at TA Associates, joined Symantec, and then spent 22 years at Menlo Ventures. Sonja is the founder of Broadway Angels, an investment group made up of world-class investors and business executives who all happen to be women. In addition, Sonja is the founder of Project Glimmer, a nonprofit that inspires at-risk teenage girls and women to believe in themselves by letting them know their community cares.
Bob is a 13-year VC vet twice named to the Forbes “Midas List,” having led investments in great ideas and great teams including Acme Packet (APKT, acquired by Oracle), AppIQ (acquired by HP), Channel Advisor (ECOM), Actifio, [x+1] (acquired by Rocket Fuel), Evergage and Fuze. Before becoming a Venture investor, Bob held senior marketing, product management, and sales positions at Lotus Development, Cabot, Cabot and Forbes, General Mills, and Priority Call Management.
Today Bob is on the Boards of Channel Advisor, Actifio, [x+1], Evergage and Thinking Phone Networks. He remains a GP at Advanced Technology Ventures; serves as an Xconomist, and on the non-profit boards of the New England Venture Capital Association, Cambridge Community Foundation and Pivot – an NGO in Madagascar.

Andrew Ory, one of the co-founders of 128 Technology, has served as the company’s Chief Executive Officer and board member since inception. Prior to 128 Technology, Andrew co-founded Acme Packet in August 2000 and served as its Chief Executive Officer and President until Acme Packet’s acquisition in 2013. Andrew also founded Priority Call Management and served as its Chief Executive Officer and Chairman. Andrew holds a B.A. from Harvard University.
Patrick Melampy, one of the co-founders of 128 Technology, has served as the company’s Chief Operating Officer and director since inception. With Andrew, Patrick co-founded Acme Packet Inc. and served as its Chief Technology Officer since August 2000. Patrick has over 15 years of communications engineering experience. He served as Vice President of Engineering of Priority Call Management since 1989. At PCM, Patrick developed and supported PCM’s network telecommunications products and grew the engineering team from two to 75 members. He has developed intellectual property portfolios at PCM, LHS PCM, and Acme Packet. He has accumulated 26 patents of which eight have been issued and 18 are pending. Patrick holds a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and an MBA from Boston University.
